And so there was an attempt, you know, 8 in 2009, an attempt, a 2011 attempt to get 9 information from Mr. Dershowitz. 10 Then there was another subpoena without 11 deposition for documents. You know, we have 12 heard a lot about records in this case that could 13 prove innocence. There was a records request to 14 Mr. Dershowitz in 2013.
