And so later on in the litigation, the sex 4 abuse litigation against Epstein, flight logs were 5 obtained from Dave Rogers and it was possible to -- to 6 compare -- I'm sorry, I don't mean to -- I want to make 7 sure I get -- you know, the question is how much can I 8 remember and I'm trying to make sure I get it all in. 9 And so the flight logs were produced from 10 Dave Rogers. And so Dave Rogers produced some flight 11 logs and some of the flights that he produced logs for 12 coincided with the logs that Mr. Dershowitz had provided 13 to Palm Beach Police Department and there were 14 inconsistencies. 15 And so that again aroused my suspicion that 16 maybe Mr. Dershowitz when he had -- 17 MR.
