He was part of the 13 procedure that was including the nonprosecution 14 agreement. 15 In August of 2009 he filed a complaint on 16 behalf of Virginia Roberts. That complaint indicated 17 that Virginia Roberts had been sexually abused in 18 Florida, in New York, and in other places as I recall. 19 The thing that I particularly recall was that 20 Mr. Josefsburg had said Virginia Roberts was abused 21 by -- he gave some categories of people. 22 He mentioned, I think, business people, he 23 mentioned royalty, and he mentioned academicians.
