FAA Approved Height Allowance Up To 505 Feet On The Site The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has provided determination letters for the Site approving a height allowance of 505 feet fronting Las Vegas Boulevard and decreasing to 354 feet on the eastern portion of the Site.
