The investors in th ntiff ui ntends that the scheme involved marketing investments to outside rought against the Plaintiff by a number of minor females who claimed 1 ims of sexual molestations by the Plaintiff. Those minor females were to have represented for a period of time first by J. individually, and them by the now defunct Law Firm of Rothstein, Rosenfeldt & Adler, P.A. ("BRA') when joined that firm. Some of these lawsuits were transferred to a newly formed firm of a Jaffee, Weissing, Fistos & Lehrman, LP (" member when Jaffee"), of which Defendant became a left RRA. EFTA02767091
