Or/ lI ; ,a 77 -11>TO SERVE PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO ENLARGE TIM WITNESS AND EXHIBIT LIST AND REQUEST FOR STATUS CONFERENCE Plaintiff, JEFFREY EPSTEIN, by and through his undersigned counsel and pursuant to Rule 1.09(b), Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, move this Court for an enlargement of time to serve his Witness List, Expert List and Exhibit List pursuant to the Trial Order dated April 15, 2010 and requests a status conference and states as follows: 1. On or about December 7, 2009, Plaintiff filed and served the Complaint on the Defendants in the above-styled cause. 2. On or about April 15, 2010, this Court issued a trial order in the above-styled cause setting this case for jury trial on the eight-week docket beginning October 25, 2010. 2 The trial order has a 120 day deadline requiring the parties' disclosure of the names of witnesses, expert names and addresses and a list of all trial exhibits.
