Respondent has prepared its Reply to Petitioners' Opposition to Government's CrossMotion for Summary Judgment, which numbers twenty-nine (29) pages in length. Respondent's Reply is attached as Exhibit A. S.D.Fla.L.R. 7.1(c)(2) provides that "[a]bsent prior permission of the Court, neither a motion and its incorporated memorandum of law nor the opposing memorandum of law shall exceed twenty (20) pages; a reply memorandum shall not exceed ten (10) pages." 2. Respondent's Reply exceeds the ten-page limit by nineteen (19) pages. The additional length was necessary in order to respond to petitioners' sixty-four (64) page opposition to the government's cross-motion for summary judgment. D.E. 416. 3.
