As to the second sentence, respondent admits only that the Palm Beach Police Department ("PBPD") conducted an investigation, and ultimately identified approximately 20 girls between the ages of 14 and 17 who were sexually abused by Epstein. The characterizations of the PBPD's investigation as "capably conducted" and "thorough" do not appear in the documents cited by Petitioners and are opinions of Petitioners' counsel, not facts. Those items admitted by the Government throughout this Response to Petitioners' Statement of Undisputed Material Facts should be deemed admitted/undisputed solely for purposes of petitioners' motion for partial summary judgment.
