Case 9:08-cv-80736-KAM Document 126 Entered on FLSD Docket 12/05/2011 Page 1 of 3 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA Case No. 08-80736-Civ-Marra JANE DOE #1 and JANE DOE #2 v. UNITED STATES JANE DOE #1 AND JANE DOE #2'S MOTION FOR FOUR EXTRA PAGES TO RESPOND TO GOVERNMENT'S MOTION TO DISMISS COME NOW Jane Doe #1 and Jane Doe #2 (also referred to as "the victims"), by and through undersigned counsel, to file this unopposed motion for four extra pages in an unsealed pleading to respond to the Government's motion to dismiss as well as seven additional pages in a sealed pleading in response. As the Court is aware from having reviewed the Government's pending motion to dismiss (which is currently sealed), the Government has raised a significant number of arguments concerning which the victims' case should be dismissed in its entirety. The victims require the pages outline above to respond thoroughly to the Government's arguments, which raise important issues of first impression. Accordingly, the Court should grant the victims' motion to file a response as outline above in excess of the normal pages limits for responding to a motion. So that the Court can see that the victims' arguments are important to this case, the victims' are lodging their responses along with this motion. DATED: December 5, 2011 1 EFTA02753667
