Because we are still discussing some base conceptual issues, I can't release a team to move full-ste=m ahead. Here's where I think we stand on each area, and what we nee= to do to get to the next level. For the main residence are=s, we really need some direction as to which of the two latest schemes to =ove forward with. • &=bsp; I thought we had a go=d basic direction after your visit, including the layout of the stairs, ba=ic terrace layout and general living room location. We re-did the entire model of this area to reflect this. We are stil= refining some views and final elevations. (See imageLpdf, attached.) • &=bsp; Later we were asked t= study the new terrace layout, with the big terrace area at road level. We=are concerned that there just isn't enough room to fit everything in, and Gary has told us moving the service road north is=not feasible. (See image2.pdf, attached.) • &=bsp; Do you have a preferr=d version we can really start to get into and develop?c/=> For the pool area, we are spl=tting our time between trying to give Gary what he needs for the main buil=ing (despite the fact that it is not "designed" yet), and modeling the pool-side cabanas. Again, I am concerned that this will=be built before it is designed, but we are running with the direction give= to us. &=bsp; We sent Gary a few re=ised versions of the floor and roof plans, and a basic section. I th=nk that is set. • &=bsp; Gary has asked us to =lock out the interior elevations and electrical, so he can review it with =ou. We are working on that. • &=bsp; We are revising the p=ol-side cabanas per your comments — but all we have been told is L:=20;too massive,
