We have presented custom samples in record time- better than anyone in the industry. We were using the same wool yarn that we used in your GIV that you liked and was considering. You presented some synthetic house carpet that we matched and considered in your opinion to be a lousy quality (when it is certainly not). We have been on the phone with various mills, drilling down to people who are providing a level of detail in carpet fabrication in our attempt to satisfy you. Lastly, when asked for your participation in trying to satisfy you, you simply comment ridiculous. If you want the sheen of the sacco carpet, we need to introduce silk- which you know is very expensive and normally takes 12 weeks to construct after approval of yarn. Eileen is working diligently on your behalf to make you happy, spending numerous hours on the phone talking to various mills.
