[Note: maybe I come with Jiang Zemin's grandson who is a Harvard gr=duate to the US to meet BG and you, this could be a good way - sounds silly=but is very effective]. Capital is not the issue, the political and high profile sensitivity is the i=sue. I would refrain from utilising famous, old China experts (ie HK) since it w=uld make it fatally high profile and automatically involve Chinese individu=ls who will hinder the process, possibly derail it.
