In short, the fuse did not hold to energize the cable on =riday when there was load or on Sunday when Danny took all of the load =ff the system. I have WAPA testing the =able, just as a precaution. It was checked before and was fine. I also =ave them running a series of test in the manhole and at the Pole to =ake sure all the connections are good. Once =11 of this is completed we will give it a try again. I'm back next week so if it doesn't hold the =ext time I will go to LSJ with WAPA, this has already been discussed =nd confirmed with them, to figure out what is going on and get ISJ back =nline.
