Max stated that he had received a call from Mr. Kahn inquiring about=Max's ability to make funds available for tax payments. =AO Max therefore called Matt to see if we had any information about the=amounts of tax payments that were due. Matt informed Max that he did not have any information about tax pay=ents, and that we did not have enough information that would be necessary =o calculate the tax payments that would be due on 4/17.
