Kenn has also said that Hank form the Jet Center submitted an application at the very beginning of this month "supposedly" in conjunction with James Derr. The VIPA has not been able to locate or contact Derr or White and Kenn said he will not accept Hank's application since he cannot get in touch with Derr. I need to submit this application ASAP, if you approve it. I also need a check for $150 for the app fee - TWA, LLC does not have a bank account. What entity would you like to pay this out of?
