OR, MT and ME - 3.5:1 in WA. Check and corrply with your local state/OSHA regulations. WIDE OUTRIGGER IN APPLICATION Maximum Height Not To Exceed 4x• The Narrowest Base Dimension See page 3 for stacking information. • 3x in CA, OH, OR, Mt ME • 3.6x In WA — Guard Rail System End Frames (typical) BASE EXTENSION IN APPLICATION Complete Platform (typical) For Towers More Than Two Sections High. Install An-n Braces As Low As Possible 1. When base extensions (outriggers) are required, attach them to end frames before assembling first unit. 2. Assemble the first unit. Place end frame sections A of the next unk (dowel ends upward) over dowels that are in top ends of end frame sections first assembled. Pin sections together with snap pins. Alternatively, arm braces B may be assembled so that they overlap the joint of the two end frame sections to prevent separation. 3. Place platforms in position on each unit to provide footing for placing next unit and to make a rigid scaffold. 4. Additional arm braces shall be placed as near the bottom of the assembly as possible for added rigidity to the assembly and are required for all high assemblies.
