Because nobody in Uzbekistan doesnt have money and buy a tour alone and fly away at 19 years old not having her/his study. stupid, but the truth. I found one good way, lam on my way to receive invitation from my relative from Greece, he already did all that stuff and sent it by DHL. I will go to Greece, they give visas without troubles, and then I can fly from Greece to Paris next day because its all Shengen zone. I hope it works, at least it is much better than the thing with French embassy. But then I started worrying what if you will not be in Paris at those times? They said I will get to Paris at the end of Agust/first dates of September, will you be there? otherwise whats the reason.
