What that involves will depend on the scope of Alex's film and whether or not he is looking for later distribution. So, we need to have a more detailed discussion with Alex on the scope of his project before moving forward. We also need to find out what, if any, support NYU provides (camera equipment, form documents, some sort of liability insurance, etc.) that will cut down Alex's direct costs, and as you suggest, whether other film students rely on this support or outsource.
