Another international oil/ natural ressources player may also have an interest as it is a decent size co and a good name in Italy. We could even craft a consortium comprising an industrial and financial player for a plain sale. We would need to understand further what they are trying to achieve: if it is a Group stake sale or a more specific subsidiary like api Energia SpA; how they see partnership vs sale.
