Would love if you and Laura came up for a visit...!The fall is a great time to come to NY...really nice weather at that time. Things are good with us. We purchased another house one mile from the one we live in...we are going to demo it and build a new one! Very exciting but going through tons of red tape just to get a permit to demo it...we have renters in there now anyway so we can't do anything until Sept. I5...but come to find out we must do an asbestos and lead paint inspection and if something is found, it could be another 4-6 weeks before we can start the demolition! The plans will be done mid august and I am loving the house!! Ike's business is going well....he does say it is a changed world out there and it is harder to get clients, but they are doing it! They opened up an office in London and they have an over night guy who trades Asia if anyone wants it. (that guy has not been very busy though however...its one of those things, they want to offer it to be a one stop shop house, and be able to tell clients it is available, but no one is really using it.
