It is acting strangely. They need you to call and make an appt for when you can be at house and you can turn off main water valve (or something) from inside house and they can watch meter. Something for sure is not right. Leaky toilet, leak in irrigation...leak In the big pipe going out to the street? Please call Jennifer (or she said you can speak to anyone) and make the appt.
