I do have an excel sheet I got from GeneDx showing failed sequencing runs from poor starting DNA. His sample (#76) shows poor quality on that spreadsheet. I'm hesitant to provide a copy of this though because I think it compromises YPO member privacy. (That said, the sheet only has the sample numbers so he would still need an additional ID key to know who signed up; so it may be possible.) This is the only "official" document I have demonstrating this. Can I ask what he needs the documentation for? I can assure his sample is being treated the same as everyone else's if that's any concern. Once his data is available, I can also prioritize analyzing and returning his results before the other 20 or so that need resequencing if that's helpful. Also, I just want to also emphasize the collection of personal medical history and family medical history is confidential and purely voluntary. Unfortunately, Jeffrey's sample is among the 20+ samples that need to get resequenced due to some issues with the quality of the DNA extracted from saliva. Those samples will take another 2-3weeks.
