I think that during the week, Monday-Thursday is very hard with Henry working off hours etc. One idea I have is that we have a meeting and a dinner on a Friday night. I am not looking to blow guys Friday nights but we have way too much going on and much of it is fly by the seat of our pants because we are so slamming during market hours. Aaron does a great job of keep all of us apprised of everyone else but it is important that we do this. It is much too important. I feel like we are on the cusp of breaking out but at the same time we need to think long and hard about how we do this. We need an agenda for the meeting. I think we have many items that Aaron probably already has, but we all may have other items that are of important to ourselves that we want to discuss with others. Some items Staffing. Should we add someone or more? Should we cut someone or more loose? Goals for the next year, three year, five years Are we all happy?
