I am trying to keep basketball going for a couple more months. I know there is a 5'" grade AAU team being formed and this is not designed to compete with that. This would be for boys who can't make the full commitment to AAU but want to enjoy some Spring hoops. Here is what I have in mind: • The Spring League in Brewster Sports Center. We would play in the 5th grade league, preferably B division. The season would be from March 28 to June 12 approx. • Since teams make up the same schedule I would try to get games in this order of priority: 1. Friday evenings/nights after 7 pm 2. Saturday evenings after 8 pm 3. Monday evenings after 6 pm 4. Sunday evenings 8 pm • The season consists of 8 games plus playoffs. Practices would be minimal and local (i.e. Saxe outdoors) I would try to schedule a couple doubleheaders on Friday. We will stay away from scheduling during the vacation week. • 10 players max. The cost would be 5100 and we would wear our NCBA uniforms. • Team would be coached by me and lll unless we can find a more experienced coach to step in. The atmosphere would center aro
