He felt that there is no liaison between someone in his position and the boss. He believes he had come to many times pleading his case for more money or school tuition. He believes they could have made an argument for helping him but they were unwilling to help. They basically only extend help to Arran. And this was a big frustration for him. He felt persons getting the compensation and the benefits were not the ones carrying the workload on the Island. An example would be him picking up the Boss on a Sunday without an airport access pass when Arran should be quite capable of this and had an airport access pass. He feels that the his requests for help with tuition were not taken to the Boss. And when he told he was going to go directly to the Boss then they would not let him speak with him or made excuses to stop him.
