He will then leave the island, collate his information, ask him to prioritize, with a little help from you, but not total direction so we see his organizational skills and prioritizing skills which should tell us what type of manager he is. Then have Craig come back down and meet Wednesday 4/11 and Thursday 4/12. I will fly down early Thursday 4/12 morning arrive by 10am or earlier and fly home with you on the 12th (Thursday)- this work for you?
