If he says yes do you want him to go to New Mexico with you? I kept him speaking for a while and he countered 85k and reduced his number from 180k to 132.5k which is the middle of the two numbers. He said he would agree to that with the provision for a review every 3 months. I think he would go for 120k as well. Here is my opinion even though it is unsolicited. He is very smart and can bring a lot to the table. He mentioned that he can clean up Google searches very easily that we currently arc paying a consultant to do. Considering that we paid May 100k and she was terrible for an extra 20k I would recommend we try him for 3 months. The monthly cost for you with him on payroll and health benefits at 120,000 per annum is 11,500 per month. I believe for 3 months you can get 60 hours a week of work from him which would equate to an hourly rate 544.23 per hour. He is still at the premises at 301 east 66th street and is awaiting your feedback. Please advise. EFTA_R1_00495428 EFTA01999478
