Again, I am very grateful you offered me to stay in NY! Very touched. Now we are in this Provence mansion that I hired a week ago: very hot here, relatively good wine. Quite boring though. But the kids are happy... I am thinking of the small structure I will run for Ariane from October/November on. We will hire a few young talented guys to work with me (you inspired this, didn't you? :)). Any ideas of good people? Would love to have a European guy, an Asian one and possibly someone different like Fabrice.
