But this property was not in the heart of the Palmeraie and his former owner agreed himself that Bin Ennakhil Palace is incomparable. 5) Only very few people visited this property. No picture or movie can show the real exquisite quality of this monument. It needs really a visit. 6) For 5 or 6 million €, you can find some average properties in the Palmeraie (1 000 m2 on 1 hectare), with normal modern handcraft. 7) Bin Ennakhil would be a very exclusive investment as to purchase the Joconde, for a real art lover.
