Because we are still discussing some base conceptual issues, I can't release a team to move full-steam ahead. Here's where I think we stand on each area, and what we need to do to get to the next level. For the main residence areas, we really need some direction as to which of the two latest schemes to move forward with. I thought we had a good basic direction after your visit, including the layout of the stairs, basic terrace layout and general living room location. We re-did the entire model of this area to reflect this. We are still refining some views and final elevations. (See imagel.pdf, attached.) Later we were asked to study the new terrace layout, with the big terrace area at road level. We are concerned that there just isn't enough room to fit everything in, and Gary has told us moving the service road north is not feasible. (See image2.pdf, attached.)
