Moens sold Schur on 12= ft at 1090 N Lake Way yesterday for $12.375. Vecellio sold his mock Frenc= tudor on Via del Mar for $9.64. Pelican Lane is under contract for $9ish =nd 181 Clarendon was under for $10ish but fell apart this morning. Also Schlesinger at 801 S County closed at $16.8 but Richard Schlesinger i= saying the real price was $20 after backing out commissions and some furn=shings.
