Instead of going to saint thomas now I could use that time to build 71 street from the ground up with the focus being. -Setting up a Mac OS X server http://www.apple.com/server/macosx/features/ -Improving Cell Phone reception in the house -Replace current wireless network with Apple Airport base stations -At the same time make a final decision on upgrading the phone system. -Making sure all audio and video is included in the new Apple Network. -Introduction of a company data base system to manage and track projects,locations,inventory,calendar, contacts, communications. -Set up services for iphone and ipad. -Begin control of your web identity, web sites, and create a priority list of what you need created in terms of branding and creative services to help move your ideas to deliverables with timeframes and dead lines. To be clear I am more than happy to go anywhere anytime as per your instruction. At the same time is see a need to deliver a working solution for you here in manhattan as a proof of concept for any location in the world. When you return I could begin to fine tune the system to help you the most, help your staff be efficient and productive while maintaining the ability to rapidly adapt to changes in any direction you want to go. This is a challenging goal and will be made more difficult because of the upcoming holidays. But I think this is long overdue and I would love to manage this project and get as much as can be done before your return.
