If I do anything ever it is in the best intentions for the company period. In the case of Anthony action needed to be taken and there are times when decisions need to be made instantly and without delay and of course I had every intention to inform you but as the manager of the company there will always be moments when I need to take action. In the case of the credit card it is in the best interest of the company. I am happy to cut it up and not use it - but even equested that it be used on a couple of occasions due to some technical problems like the other card for Miami cancelled and since it has a slightly different billing statement for cash flow. But the true reason I have established it to begin with is that the company needs a card if something should happen to you.
