From: Gregory Riches < > Subject: Artefacto's delivery to 66th st. Sent: Tuesday, April 28 2 15 2: :3 PM Cc: Kahn Richard < To: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> Jeffrey, All the rest of furniture that Artefacto sent was finally delivered yesterday. The complications from last weeks delivery continued but by 6:15 last night everything was unpacked and placed in the apartments. There was a lot of shifting of pieces as the girls traded with each other for things they thought worked better for them. The delivery guys were really good and helpful so i gave them $100 out of my own pocket because I thought they deserved a tip as does the two guys that Penn sent to help me. We were missing 2 carpets from the delivery, one Cowhide for 8H and one Hud carpet for 106. I rejected (9) pieces of furniture for severe damage which included two kenzo dressers for that were to replace the damaged ones delivered in January, one Ellis media shelf, one Bloom coffee table and one framed Art Cell all for 10F, one Spin Dining Table, one Verre console and one Karina Mirror all for 10N, one Yego Bedside table for 8A. My suggestion would be not to have them replace these items due to their long lead time and the complications that just getting these orders in place. I would ask for a credit for these items. Any additional items we might need I would source locally so we don't have to wait. All the old furniture was placed in 7J for now but after speaking to Anthony and if this apartment is going to be renovated I would save some of the furniture for that apartment since some of it is in good condition. Lynn is taking a few things which Lesley said she had approval to do. Lesley has already contactede coordinate with me to look at the additional things what she wants. I went through the Room & Board boxes of window treatment and still no indication of what apartment they go to. They said the installation company will sort them out. I have two calls i
