I will send you a "master plan" I did for Lovango in 2003. The documents deal more with infrastructure and support structures than actual buildings. That will come later on when you decide what you want on the island. However, right now we can request paving roadways, buried infrastructure, storage trailers, R.O., Generators, etc. Lovango put this document together after a NOVA for coral damage by a barge. They needed it because all they had was a permit to renovate the existing cottage on the beach. So rather than apply for a whole bunch of small permits, we rolled everything into one document, including the original permit. This made it easier for CZM to manage and easier for Lovango to modify. Some of the tasks listed were not fully defined and the permit required us to submit more detailed drawings before starting them. We can expand the area for cleaning the shoulders of the driveways in this document, but we will have to show a erosion control plan and replacement landscaping. I also strongly suggest you identify an area on the island for conservation that will be the refuge for the snakes. Otherwise the mitigation we will have been to do in the other areas will be ridiculous. In the end, the wider we make the umbrella, the more easier it will be to modify it. There is no master plan as I have no idea yet of the ultimate use. House? Spa? Garden? Or just leave as a private hiking trail ? ,;) please note The information contained in this communication is confidential, may be attorney-client privileged, may constitute inside information, and is intended only for the use of the addressee.
