But Kevin Maxwell said he was the victim of a political decision related to the forthcoming British elections. He will appeal to have the charges dismissed. The charges relate to an alleged conspiracy to defraud the Credit Suisse Bank of more than $200 million. Older brother Ian will not face the charges.
