In the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court, the woman, now 20, claims Epstein threatened to harm her or her family if she revealed the abuse. Epstein pleaded guilty to two prostitution-related felonies in 2008 and served 13 months of an 18-month sentence. Some of the nearly 20 women who sued him have settled their lawsuits for undisclosed amounts. His attorney wasn't available for comment.
