The representations and warranties contained in this Section 2 regarding the "Investor" are true and accurate with regard to each person or entity for which the undersigned is acting as nominee or custodian. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the representations and warranties regarding the status of the Investor in the exhibits attached hereto are true with respect to, and accurately describe, each person or entity for which the undersigned is acting as nominee or custodian. Each person or entity for which the undersigned is acting as nominee or custodian will not Transfer or otherwise dispose of or distribute any part of its economic or beneficial interest in (or any other rights with respect to) the Interest without complying with all of the applicable provisions of the Partnership Agreement as if such person or entity were a direct Limited Partner of the Partnership and were transferring a direct limited partnership interest in the Partnership.
