Mr. Vene previously was Founder and CEO of Earnings.com, a leading financial database and aggregator of corporate events, which was acquired by Thomson Financial in 2001. He received a B.S. degree in finance and marketing from Cornell University, and is a member of PREA and NCREIF. He holds FINRA licenses Series 7 and 63 as well as an FSA license.
