Closing Date June 22. 2011. Distribution Dates Distribution Dates will occur on the 22nd of March. June. September and December of each year, commencing in December 2011 and any Liquidation Distribution Date (or if any such date is not a Business Day. the next Business Day). The last Distribution Date for any Class of Notes will be the earliest of (a) its Redemption Date, (b) the Stated Maturity. (c) with respect to any Class of Rated Notes. the Distribution Date on which the principal of such Note is paid in full and (d) the last Liquidation Distribution Date. With respect to any Distribution Date, the "Determination Date" will be the seventh Business Day prior to such Distribution Date. Reinvestment Period The period from the Closing Date and ending on the earliest of (a) the Business Day immediately preceding the Determination Date relating to the Distribution Date in June 2014.
