Given that the on-boarding of Jeffrey Epstein has been previously cleared, AML Compliance is comfortable clearing this alert as the account is already marked as high risk and has been cleared from a reputational and AML risk perspective. Butterfly Trust was an existing account and the KYC was done to update the trustees (she was approved in the previous KYC #01133113).
