SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER This cause is before the Court on the Government's Notice of Partial Compliance (DE 332) and non-party victims' Response to Court Order of July 6, 2015 and United States' Notice of Partial Compliance (DE 335). On July 6, 2015, this Court ordered the Government to provide Petitioners with certain documents indicating "which individuals the Government considered to be victims or potential victims at the time it negotiated the non-prosecution agreement." (DE 330 at 24). If Petitioners were previously unaware of these victims' identities, the Court concluded, they were entitled to production under "an appropriate protective order to protect the victims' identity." (K. at 24-25). On July 20, 2015, the Government indicated its partial compliance with this order; however, the Government indicated its belief that disclosing the identities of previously unnamed victims without their consent "would violate both state law and the CVRA." (DE 332 at 4). The Government indicated that it was currently "attempting to determine whether any of the named individuals will consent to the disclosure of their names and whether the petitioners are already EFTA01198414
