VIRGIN ISLANDS Dear Mr. Epstein, The Jaredian Design Group is pleased to submit our fee proposal for professional architectural- engineering services for Nautilus, Inc., related to Little St. James Cay, St. John, U. S. Virgin Islands. We understand the Scope as being the construction of two new structures. They are: • The construction of a new 60 FT x 120 FT Maintenance Shop to be located near the existing engineering site area. This structure shall be a replacement structure for the existing "tunnel" workshop near the entrance dock to the island. There will need to be some site analysis studies related to the siting of this structure and its relationship to existing construction. This structure will replace the project you previously intended to do with the expansion of the existing Library at the main house. The preliminary program for this residential structure will include: a Living Room at approximately 30 FT x 60 FT, a Bathroom and Powder
