I am just checking in again to see if you had any comments on the living room location, so we can move that area forward. You had asked for sketches with some minor adjustments to play around with. Attached are the images I sent you last week. • Raise the floor level 3'. • Shift the living room east. • Center the living room on the pool/move the stair. I also attached a quick study for a stair down to the living room, north of the office. A "circular" stair does not work there, but this version might. What about comments on the living room location? I attached the three options I sent early last week, with the living room in different locations relative to the main residence and pool. Do you still want to consider moving the stair to just north of the office? With the living room floor height raised 3', we need to adjust the terraces. We also need to add the boulder wall, and of course address the connection to the library, but I was hoping to hear back on the living room location.,, Thanks, Warwick Warwick Wicksman, AIA Principal 310.449.5790 Gensler 2500 Broadway Suite 300 EFTA01164614
