("BRG Holdings Sub"); On December 30, 2008, BRG Holdings Sub assigned its rights and obligations under the Executive Employment Agreement to BRG Parent pursuant to that certain Novation Agreement, dated as of December 30, 2008, by and among Executive, BRG Parent and BRG Holdings Sub; SPH Enterprises, Inc. (f/k/a B.R.
