Veritas Genetics $999 Genome Offer About: Veritas Genetics is now providing discounted genome sequencing to PGP participants for $999. Many of you have asked how you might contribute your genome or make a financial donation to the PGP to facilitate the sequencing of your genome. This offer by Veritas is another addition to the current options available for getting your genome sequenced and donated to the PGP. The PGP will continue to sequence genomes for free as funding allows, but the wait for a free genome may still remain considerable. We have many more participants than we are able to sequence with our present funding levels, with many participants already waiting years for a genome sequence. We are actively pursuing funding to support this aspect of the project, but in the meantime, we are seeking out alternatives through third party activities that will help participants get their genomes sequenced.
