Pumps: Well 4 pumps (2) are off line due to pump damage from residual rocks in line between screen and pumps JCH have ordered new pump stack kits, cost $2140 plus tax, nothing was available locally Stack kits expected Monday 19th, pumps reinstalled Tuesday 20th Hauling water by water truck Main Cistern Dakota RO: requested 17th July new pump for Main sending pump for the Raw well water to RO Pump will not last much longer, running temp averages 172 degrees plus, see attached photo Rich requested more information as to age of pump when it was last repaired etc We had to go though 3 vendor files and request info from the general ledger I have yet to confirm all of this information cost for new pump $3200, lead time 3 weeks, Cisterns, I was advised to wait until we achieve the 17 afa mark before moving forward with planning/recommendations for new water storage to meet the 50% mark I believe we need to start conversations now. I would expect bids later this week, beginning of next.
