Edwards ("Edwards") and upon which Edwards relies to support his Motion for Summary Judgment. The specific grounds for this Motion are: 1. On September 22, 2010, Edwards served a Motion for Summary Judgment (the "Summary Motion") seeking to have this Court conclude that there is no genuine issue of material fact as to each count against him and to grant him judgment on the claims raised against him by Epstein in this action. 2.
