Where the finish has peeled off we will have to power wash those areas or scrape which ever works than apply a new basecoat mesh and finish to those areas. This process will be done at the main house mechanical building and dog area and at the hardest hit area the courtyard walls which some of the built-outs on the corners of the pilasters will have to be redone. I would like to have a walk through before job starts to make sure of the areas that will be worked on and note when walls started getting power washed and if more of the existing finish starts coming off we can get paid for additional work.
