Specifically, we will replace the existing cooling tower, then change the old Carrier electric chiller to a Multistack module. In addition we will be adding a sand filter to the condenser water loop. Statement of Work: • Disconnect the two fan sections of the BAC cooling tower on the roof. Remove sections by crane. Then rig new sections into place. • Re-connect piping & electrical. Redo insulation where necessary. • Install new variable frequency drives for the tower fans. • Provide full site protection in the hallways, elevator and MER during the course of all indoor work. • Remove and replace the cooling tower sump located in the basement. • Perform a complete demolition of the existing Carrier chiller in basement. Remove all oil & refrigerant as per EPA standards. • Deliver and install a new Multistack MS030-407c module which will be a part of the existing two modules. 1 EFTA01114596
